If the warranty claim is approved, an RMA number will be issued and the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping and insurance to send the instrument to ProDG America for warranty service or repair. ProDG America will cover the cost of return shipping after the warranty service has been completed. If replacement parts are needed without needing ProDG America repair service
